Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Divine Cravings Bakery. Because our products are perishable and custom-made specifically for you, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.
Custom Cakes & Large Orders: For custom designs or bulk orders, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. If work has already begun on custom toppers or specialized ingredients have been sourced, a partial cancellation fee may apply.

2. Quality Assurance & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Issues upon Receipt: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup. If there is a discrepancy in your order or a visible quality issue, please notify us immediately.
Flavor or Texture: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product (e.g., incorrect flavor), please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the product or for the item to be returned to our kitchen for evaluation.

3. Damage During Transit

We take great care in packaging our treats.

Bakery Delivery: If your order is damaged while being delivered by our team, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Third-Party Transport: If you arrange for your own pickup or use a third-party delivery service, Divine Cravings Bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs once the order has left our premises.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Personal Preferences: Refunds are not typically issued for personal taste preferences or minor color variations in custom designs.
Incorrect Information: We cannot offer refunds for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided at checkout.
