Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Divine Cravings Bakery, we take great pride in ensuring that your treats arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. Because our products are delicate and freshly baked, we have specific guidelines to ensure the best possible experience.
1. Delivery Areas
Currently, we offer doorstep delivery exclusively within Rajpura and its immediate surrounding areas. If you are located outside this radius, please contact us before placing your order to see if a special delivery arrangement can be made.
2. Delivery Timeline
Freshness First: Every order is baked fresh. Standard orders typically require a 24 to 48-hour lead time.
Same-Day Orders: While we primarily bake to order, please contact us via WhatsApp to check for any “available now” items for same-day delivery.
Preferred Time Slots: During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot. We do our best to arrive within 30 minutes of your selected time.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our home kitchen to your location.
The exact delivery cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your payment.
4. Self-Pickup
You are welcome to skip the delivery fee by choosing the Self-Pickup option at checkout.
Pickup Location: Rajpura (Specific address details will be shared via your order confirmation).
Handling: Once an order is picked up and leaves our premises, Divine Cravings Bakery is no longer responsible for any damage caused during transit. We recommend keeping cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle.
5. Delivery Attempts & Accuracy
Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Recipient Availability: If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, our delivery partner will attempt to call you. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be brought back to our kitchen. A second delivery attempt will incur an additional delivery fee.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp. Our delivery person may contact you directly to coordinate the exact drop-off point.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Delays
While we strive for punctuality, heavy rain or extreme traffic conditions in Rajpura may occasionally cause slight delays. We will communicate any significant changes to your delivery window immediately.
